Fee Structure
We specialize in creating distinctive travel experiences designed around our client's interests and travel style. We draw upon our industry and destination knowledge, as well as our experience and connections, to create these remarkable adventures. When you engage our services, you can expect to pay the following professional service fees:
Custom Travel Planning and Consultation - Domestic
$650 fee for trips that are 7 days or less with 1-4 people traveling on the same itinerary (or one family).

15% on all custom itineraries with NET pricing. For maximum transparency, we ask our partners on our custom trips to provide us with wholesale pricing without commission or other markup. This fee is not charged with hotels or partners that build in commission into pricing.

These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Trips longer than 7 nights or with multiple travelers on different itineraries will be quoted after the Discover Call.

Cruises
$650 fee for recommendations on a destination, cruise line and itinerary.
No Fee if you already know exactly what sailing you would like to book. Many of our clients take advantage of our close relationships with the cruise lines to get access to shipboard credits or amenities onboard.
Hotel Only/Escorted Tours
$300 fee for recommendations on a domestic property/package tour to a specific destination.
$650 fee for recommendations on an international property/package tour to a specific destination.
No fee if you know where you want to go and at which property/tour you would like to take.
Last Minute Booking Fee
$350 for travel planning requested less than 60 days prior to departure. $650 for travel planning requested less than 30 days before departure. This is in addition to the standard planning fees.
For travel during the festive season - between December 15 and Jan 2, travel requests after June will incur a $650 fee.
Airline Tickets
Brownell has a dedicated air desk with air specialists who can research and ticket air for your trip. This is entirely optional if you would prefer to book your own air, no fees will be assessed.

$100 per ticket with a $300 maximum per family for Domesitc, Mexico, Canada or Caribbean
